I would just like to introduce myself and let those previous readers of Cinema Three know that this blog is under knew management.
I prefer not to give out my full name so I just go by Silver Autumn around the interwebs (check me out on youtube, twitter, deviantart, etc.). I work at a local movie theatre as the projectionist. This is a nifty job because occasionally I get to view movies a bit before they get released – and get paid to watch them. But it’s not all popcorn and free refills. I’ve gotten more lousy movies in the year that I’ve worked there then sensational ones.
Film is my passion. I can almost call myself a bit of an editor. I love manipulating scenes, working with music and adding sound and visual effects.
With that said I’d like to approach the subject of the previous owner of this blog. After browsing through the entries on this site before my own writing showed up (anything before “Quick Summer Movie Review”) I’m going to guess that the blogger was a man. I’m also going to say right here that I don’t agree with everything he said. My entries are going to be more optimistic with a bit of a feministic flair – seeing as I am a female.
So with film, movies and storytelling in my DNA – I’d like to think I know a thing or two about Hollywood. Check out Cinema Three every now and then to see what’s up.
