Standardizing my Reviews
February 17th 2010 17:25
I think I need to have some kind of..you know, standard for how I review films. Like a "thumbs up and thumbs down" type of thing.
I considered the name of my blog and I came up with this system: Three reasons. For example if it's a film I really like I will give you three reasons why you should see it. If it's a terrible movie I'll give you three reasons to skip it. If it's right in the middle it'll be something like two reasons to see it and one to skip.
This also plays well with my video review which by the way I placed 5th! Thank you all for your support! I was up against a lot of great reviews. I think I'm more excited about the fact that William H. Macy acknowledged my existence and didn't think it was so bad! Life is good!
Ok, so no reviews in this post but coming up I'll be reviewing Bright Star and Valentines Day. I've also been watching a lot of older films so I'll be giving my three cents on The Shining, The Silence of the Lambs, Jesus Christ Superstar and Alexander!
